The oil pipeline reinforcement mesh is embedded within the concrete coating layer. Strong ocean currents can place significant pressure on the pipeline. Our mesh helps the concrete resist these forces and maintain structural stability.
Conventional meshes often separate at the weld points during the wrapping process and may not conform well to the curvature of the pipe. The Reinforcement mesh solves both problems. We manufacture weld points with higher strength and reliability than standard meshes. Our goal is to provide real reinforcement for the concrete coating. We sell pipeline strength and safety.


A Smart Bend for Easy Use
We manufacture the oil pipeline reinforcement mesh with specially formed bends spaced evenly along its length. This design allows the mesh to wrap tightly around the pipeline and fit its curved surface more effectively.
The wire ends protrude less than 1 mm, helping the wrapping machine operate smoothly without interruptions. We use hot-dip galvanized steel wire with a zinc coating that complies with ASTM A641 Class 1 requirements. The steel chemical composition meets GB/T 4336 standards. The Reinforcement mesh remains strong and durable inside concrete for many years.

Real Projects Prove Our Mesh Works
Our roll lengths are customized to meet your project requirements. Each square meter contains approximately 450 to 620 weld points, creating strong and reliable connections throughout the mesh. A typical roll contains between 10,000 and 20,000 weld points.
We operate several production lines designed and developed in-house, with a daily production capacity exceeding 8,000 square meters. Third-party inspections are available upon request.
