Stop Liquid Drops from Flying Away
This product is installed inside chemical towers. Gas streams often carry fine liquid droplets during operation. Conventional wire mesh cannot effectively capture these fine mists.
We use a special hook-needle weaving structure. Wire diameters are strictly controlled from 0.08 mm to 0.30 mm.
We do not simply sell mesh-we provide a high-performance mist elimination component. This demister mesh captures droplets that other systems fail to remove.


Core Part for Gas and Liquid Separation
This product is also known as mist eliminator mesh or mist catcher mesh. It is the core component of mesh pad mist eliminators and oil–gas separation systems.
We use stainless steel materials that provide excellent corrosion resistance and cost efficiency. The wire diameter range is broad, including single wire, multi-wire, and metal fiber composite weaving structures.
Common aperture sizes include 2×4 mm and 4×5 mm. Width options are also flexible, such as 100 mm, 150 mm, 300 mm, and 400 mm.
