Hot Dip Zinc for Long Life
We manufacture this heavy duty bar grating from high-quality flat steel bars. The flat bar thickness ranges from 3 mm to 20 mm, while the overall grating height ranges from 30 mm to 100 mm. Thicker bars provide greater load-bearing capacity.
The flat bars are press-welded together with twisted square bars to form a rigid structure. The finished grating is then hot-dip galvanized in molten zinc at temperatures between 450°C and 460°C. The zinc coating exceeds 80 microns in thickness, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
This product can provide a service life of 20 to 50 years in outdoor environments, reducing maintenance and replacement requirements.
