Two Ways to Weld for Strength
We manufacture this product using two welding methods.
The first is machine press welding, where high-pressure equipment bonds the bars together. This creates very strong and consistent weld points.
The second is manual welding. Holes are first punched in the flat bars, then cross bars are inserted and spot welded in place. This method ensures extremely solid connection points.
