Strong Bond Between Bricks and Mortar
Masonry walls require a strong bond between bricks and mortar. Without adequate reinforcement, wall cracking may occur over time.
We use thin galvanized steel strip manufactured through a precision stamping process. We do not produce conventional diamond wire mesh. Instead, we produce a masonry reinforcement strip embedded directly within mortar joints.

The material is galvanized steel strip or stainless steel sheet. The standard thickness is 0.35 mm, with customizable options available upon request.
The product is supplied in roll form. Common widths include 6 cm and 10 cm. Additional widths of 15 cm, 20 cm, and 30 cm are also available. Roll length is customized, typically ranging from 10 to 100 meters per roll.
Unlike traditional diamond mesh, this product features a linear alignment structure along the length direction. The edges are reinforced with wider steel strips, while the central area is formed with V-shaped pressed grooves.
This structure significantly improves bonding strength with mortar and enhances resistance to cracking, tension, and vibration.
