The Last Line of Deterrence
High-security facilities require a true physical deterrent. Standard wire fencing can be cut easily with simple tools such as pliers.
We use hot-dip galvanized steel wire as the core material and stainless steel strip for the blades. We do not manufacture mild or decorative fencing-we produce a sharp and highly deterrent security barrier. This blade barbed wire is designed to stop intruders before they attempt entry.
Strong Materials for Tough Jobs
The core wire is made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of at least 200 g/m². The blade material is 0.5–1.0 mm thick galvanized or stainless steel strip.
The tensile strength is ≥500 MPa. The most common specification is BTO-22. The core wire diameter is 2.5 mm. Blade length is 22 mm, blade width is 15 mm, and spacing is 34 mm.
The double-spiral (CBT) type is widely used in high-security export projects. This blade barbed wire provides a reliable physical barrier for perimeter protection.
