Riverbanks, slopes, and embankments require erosion control systems that prevent soil loss while still allowing vegetation to grow through the protective layer.

A simple wire mesh cannot prevent fine soil erosion. A simple geotextile alone lacks sufficient mechanical strength. We combine both functions into a single engineered system.

We do not manufacture single-function materials. We produce an eco-friendly slope protection system that performs both reinforcement and vegetation support functions.

This composite reinforced geomat effectively controls erosion while promoting plant growth.

Three Layers for Strong Protection

 

This product is composed of three or more functional layers.

The basic structure includes a steel wire mesh, an intermediate geotextile layer, and a double-sided 3D polymer erosion control mat.

We also produce an alternative fabric-based structure, where short-fiber geotextile is laminated on both sides of the wire mesh to prevent soil washout.

Another reinforced version integrates a structural grid layer, using fiberglass or polymer reinforcement embedded into the mesh system to provide additional tensile strength.

The steel wire tensile strength is ≥35 kN/m. The Galfan coating weight is 230–250 g/m² minimum.

This composite reinforced geomat performs effectively on riverbanks, slopes, and soil stabilization projects.
