Strong Grip in Oil and Ice
We manufacture this anti-slip serrated steel grating from Q235 steel. Common bar types include 253, 255, 303, 305, 323, 325, 403, 404, and 405. The dry friction coefficient ranges from 0.6 to 0.9.
On wet or contaminated surfaces such as oil, water, or ice, this product provides up to 1.5 times better slip resistance compared to flat grating. This significantly reduces the risk of workplace accidents.
We apply hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection. Under normal operating conditions, the grating can achieve a service life of 30 to 50 years. It is a durable, low-maintenance solution designed for long-term use.
